I am grateful for the knowledge, wisdom, honesty, patience and compassion Kerri showed my mother while helping her select a Medicare plan. She truly has the patience of Job!

My mother asked the same questions over and over again and called several times in a panic after misunderstanding something; Kerri handled her like a champ, calmly clarifying and explaining.  I don’t know how she does it but she is definitely in the right field!

Prior to turning 65 I had so many questions about Medicare and truly didn’t know where to begin. A friend gave me Kerri Sanford’s phone number and was told she is an expert. Let me tell you my friend was 100% right. Kerri walked me through every step of the way and was in contact with me to make sure I felt at ease. I would email her and would get a response right away. She even sent me a beautiful card in the mail when I was down with the virus letting me know she cared. Kerri has a heart of gold and just wants to help anyone and everyone who needs it. I recommend her to others who have the same questions I had.

Just turning 65, I had no idea which direction to go and Kerri was VERY helpful. Took her time to go over all the plans with me and made sure I was comfortable with the plan I picked. Followed up with me to make sure I received my welcome package and my health cards. She is just the best. I recommend having Kerri take care of you. Transitioning to Medicare and deciding what your best options are as an individual can be very confusing.  Kerri did an excellent job in explaining to me what my obligations were, and which supplemental plan might be the best for me moving forward.  I now have peace of mind that I have the protection I need, as well as knowing I can turn to her in the future if those needs change at any time.  Thanks, Kerri!

I would like to commend Kerri Sanford, and her team, for an excellent job in assisting my sister with her Medicare/Medicaid insurance needs.

Four years ago, Kerri helped me help my sister in getting established with Medicaid, and subsequently with her Medicaid insurance plans. She was able to work with us long distance, via email and telephone 3-way calling. The plan she suggested for my sister worked out perfectly, and we feel so blessed that she has such excellent coverage and benefits.

This year, my sister missed her annual update with Medicaid and her insurance became inactive. I contacted Kerri at the end of February, needing practically overnight assistance. Kerri jumped right in, instructing us to supply relative information, and with that, my sister was re-established with Medicaid and with a new insurance plan, effective March 1!

We were so relieved,  and are grateful to Kerri for her outstanding service, caring, and compassion. Many thanks to Kerri and her team. We would have been lost without them.
